My mother resided at Oak Park Assisted Living for over two years. She received excellent care throughout her stay and was happy at Oak Park. great service, wonderful place to put my mother!
Worst facility ever. My mom fell so many times broke her hip died. My dad was left unattended fell had a brain bleed. You as family have to be buzzed in vs getting a code only facility like that. My poor Dad used to cry waiting for me to be able to pick him up. Food was awful my Dad hated it. I'm sad we ever put them there. They asked us if we wanted to take them to hospital vs calling an ambulance. I'm sad those are my parents last memories.
I am so grateful for the care and support my mother-in-law had received at Oak Park Assisted Living Facility.
