Great communication. They answer my phone calls and respond to emails. Much better than other lenders that ghost you for hours/days. I also secured a great rate. Additionally, Oak Leaf had my clear to close a week before closing which really helps to ease the pressures of moving. This is the only mortgage lending company I will consider using in the future.
