I'll give you 3 stars because the product itself looks really stylish and looks well made. But it's definitely NOT oak. Feels like MDF maybe or pine. Brackets feel cheap. I've had mine for about 1.5 years and the drawers have started to roll open- disappointing when you say oak but its actually not, so actually I think i'll give you 2 stars instead Update: No I will not be removing my review. We purchased two pieces from them. At first I was hesitant. I emailed them and even though it was a weekend John called me as I had requested. I had a couple of questions which he addressed immediately. We ordered the items on a Saturday and by the following Thursday they were delivered to Brisbane.
