They don't back their products. 4 of 15 plants were infected and died. Home Depot and Lowes backs their products. The staff is friendly and helpful. The excuse they used on the phone was, our plants grow in the HD; therefore, we don't need to guarantee them. My thoughts are, if you're that confident then guarantee them for a year. lol. each plant cost me $21.99. So much for supporting local business.

If there is a more knowledgable high-desert plant expert than Dan, at Oak Hills, I would be shocked.
We have been getting almost all of our trees from them for years. They are very knowledgeable and have even helped us save some diseased trees.
Dont buy their plants. We purchased 4 trees, 132.00 and 1 died. They DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Dont waste your money.
