Very big place appear to be clean enough but the whole first floor smells like poopy diapers. Observes the residents being fed some got wrong meals something didn't get silverware, the staff seemed lackadaisical.

Depressing place! The rooms get worse in the memory care unit. The closets are falling apart and have come off the hinges several times, creating a dangerous situation if the doors were to fall down completely. There doesn't seem to be any initiative/plan for the new owners to upgrade patients' rooms (it's as if they just expect them to die soon, so why bother making their living quarters more aesthetically pleasing?).
