My mom discharged from the hospital to this facility for skilled nursing and rehab. She is a retired RN who had major surgery (3 organs removed, plus 20+ tumors removed from another organ). The goal was to have skilled nursing staff have eyes on her more than we felt we could do at home. In 3 days she developed a bed sore after months of us ensuring this didn’t happen. Very big place appear to be clean enough but the whole first floor smells like poopy diapers. Observes the residents being fed some got wrong meals something didn't get silverware, the staff seemed lackadaisical.
