This place is terrible, roaches in the kitchen and common areas, staff is rude, especially Ms.Terry from dietary, so rude and condescending to employees.The food is always cold and its just disgusting. Not a place you want your loved ones. My mother was there, not taking care of properly at all.Not a good place at all. Employees fighting, just gross
Staff is disrespectful and they are liars, no wonder no one works there. The kitchen area has ROACHES which cannot be good for the elderly that are supposed to be cared for there. When someone in my family was placed in their care recently, she left because they were “neglectful and unkind.” Would not recommend at all. Not with the current staff and state of the facility.
