I want to recognize the service, kindness and professionalism of an Oak Hill Rehabilitation nurse. A few weeks ago I was visiting a friend who was recovering and there in the room was this Angel because we can't give him another name. His love, his respect and peace with which he treated and spoke to my friend was incredible. There should be many more nurses like that. For the first time I visited these beautiful facilities, since I entered it was a good experience and attentions. They helped me get to my mother-in-law's friend's room. Once in the room I observed every attention that the patient received, all very friendly and attentive. Nurse Carmen Román arrived and was very professional and friendly to administer the patient's medications and IV. My dad Gilberto Cruz-Cotto was here for 22 days during the Hurricane Milton two years ago. I was allowed to stay day and night to care for him which i was happy to do because this allowed me to be with my dad and help the wonderful nurses and CNAs have one less patient to worry about. The nursing staff at this facility were all beyond awesome. I dealt with many staffs and nurses during those 22 days but i want to name three but will give each one their own review. Amazing the great food at lunch that jenny at the Bistro made. Jenny is a beautiful person with a humble heart. She always have a happy and great actituded. Everytime when l go to the bistro she have a smile and make me feel grateful and comfort. That's the reason l come back to eat. She is the kind of person that this world need. Memory Care for my Mom was very good. The nurses and CNA's were attentive and helpful. The activities were well thought out and both Debbie and Ashley cared for the residents like they were their own parents. They tried to keep them engaged, and had fun activities that made the residents laugh, and feel good. When you arrived each day, they could tell you how your parent was feeling, and if they were participating.
