Landscape reviews: i have to give 5 stars to the landscape team. I've been a tenant for 9 years, and they have addressed any issues i had right away. They fixed my fence and used my idea yo build the fence around the big beautiful tree we have instead of cutting the tree down. Today, they came and dealt with areas to keep skunks out of my yard. They are always friendly and listen to concerns.
Noisy community, I'm fed up with frequently asking security to be dispatched every night... Kids are outside after quiet hours, 10pm to 11:30pm. Yelling around, banging ball to the walls, screaming, laughing. There should be a proactive enforcement of Boardwalk. It's by law quiet hours of Coty of Calgary starts at 10pm 7 days of week and 4 season. DISRESPECTFUL NEIGHBORS DOESN'T K OW WHAT "QUIET HOURS" MEANS EVERY 11PM TO 2 AM I CANNOT SLEEP AND MY BABIES WAKE UP DUE TO SCREAMS AND YELLINGS AND KIDS OUTSIDE - UNFORTUNATELY SECURITY DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT! DESPITE OF SECERAL CALLS, IT'S SAME FOR EVERY NIGHT FOR LAST 3 WEEKS!
I have been living at Oak Hill Estates for almost 8 years, and overall it has truly felt like home. The location is one of the biggest advantages — it provides easy access to all areas of Calgary and makes daily life very convenient. The management and maintenance teams have always treated me with kindness and professionalism. Whenever there is an issue, repairs are handled in a timely manner, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the community.
