Waited until after I returned my purchase to review. I had never set foot in Oak Hall but I heard great things about it. I went in about a week ago, I was browsing and noticed nobody greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, nothing. I then found a pair of Vuori shorts I liked. I went to go check out and then I FINALLY found someone, Patrick! He was so kind to me. Showed me the brands they offered and offered me a beverage.

I walked in and nobody greeted me. I literally had to go up like a puppy to get help. Thankfully, Patrick was in my sight. He apologized to me and showed me the brands they carried. They had an interesting selection of brands: Vuori, Faherty, Zegna, and others. None of them really interested me. So I got some Vuori shorts. Then, my aunt walked in and all of a sudden everyone had eyes to greet her. I’ve been treated better at Saks & Bloomingdale’s. I will take my money where it’s wanted. I will never step foot in here.

I was not impressed with this establishment, I went in with my husband to find him a suit and walked around for almost 10 minutes without one of their 8 employees on the floor asking if they could help us in any way. Once we were approached the man seemed very annoyed and was not friendly at all. They really need to work on their service, they would be better off hiring a staff from chic fil a. I wouldn’t give this place the time of day.
