Oak Grove Family Dentist The dotors here are very good. The only thing I noticed is when they moved to their new building the prices of their work went up. Although iit is costly even with insurance, their work is wonderful. The staff is great too.

The office is exceptionally clean and pleasant to enter. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the waiting room was, though I did not have much time to enjoy it. I had a very short wait before I was brought back to begin my cleaning My hygienist was truly excellent, I have been unable to see a dentist for some time and needed some work to make my teeth clean again. She was patient and careful and did an excellent job. Dr. Crawford took time to talk to me about my dental needs and future work needed. I find it rare for a doctor to take such time talking with their patient, so it was greatly appreciated. The only problem I had came from their new membership plan. I had the misfortune of finding one of the weaknesses in the plan which resulted in my bill being considerably higher than expected. The office staff handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and compassion regarding my financial situation. Within an hour they had contacted me with a resolution to the rather stressful situation. It is easy to write a review if the experience was wholly positive or negative. Here, while my experience was mostly positive and worthy of an extensive write-up praising my time there, I wanted to speak more on how they managed an unpleasant situation that resulted in a great deal of stress to me. The front office staff should be commended for how they handled the issue. Despite the billing issue I had, I would gladly recommend this office to my friends and family.

Oak Grave Family Dentistry is AMAZING with our two youngest kiddos! Melinda sees our 5 year old. Meredith sees both our 7 year old and our 14 year old. The kids LOVE going to the dentist because the entire staff works with each child’s behavioral characteristics. Such an professional team…from the front desk, to the techs, the assistants, and the hygienist…they’re definitely take care of their patients!

Dr. Meredith Lucas and her assistant were so kind, professional, and accommodating. This was my first experience here, and I couldn't be more pleased. I deal with anxiety, and they were super helpful making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but when you have go, go here.

Thank you Dr Meredith Lucus Dental Asst and staff that helped me today. Scary uncertain time to get a toothache ,during Covid 19 in a fairly new city, no regular dentist and in pain for 3weeks. But got me in quickly, They used Covid precautions, plus excellent friendly,professional care from everyone. Every single employee I have encountered is so nice. I have seen Dr. Alan, Dr. Melinda and Dr. Zac. I like them all! I never feel that “it’s all about the money”. They genuinely care about the patient. The view from each exam room is great. No elevator music either😀
