I was sent to this facility from December 2021 to March 2022 and had an awful experience. The staff were unprofessional and one staff even made a gesture of putting a gun in his mouth and pulling the trigger with his hand. Often times instead of doing actual therapy we would be asked an icebreaker and then be sent to the gym to play basketball because that’s what the staff wanted.
