I'm a repeat customer. This is a company I feel I can trust. This time I made a significant purchase of £ks and a special shout out for Chloe who was brilliant. There is a great showroom with plenty of products to choose from. The staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and, most importantly, not pushy! I think prices are reasonable and any costs are transparent.
Second purchase at this branch and Simon welcomed us. Fantastic service, wasn't pushy at all and gave us the freedom to browse and try out the different mattresses. Was very knowledgeable on the range and differences. I actually learned a lot from his knowledge. Transaction was smooth but my only criticism is that the store manager pulled Simon off the sale at the very end to deal with another customer. Customer service is a nightmare we have been waiting for couch almost a month now. My partner and I are so furious about how they handled our problems or questions. We cancelled at the end cause they always making mistakes. Do not recommend at all! Please buy in another place.
Excellent quality furniture.
Terrible service for my elderly Mother, ordered from a shop in Bristol, paid £90 for making the bed, sent non trained technicians, they couldn't put it together, now my Mum is stuck with a bed in pieces, no-one will help and she needed the bed for tomorrow. Appalling and they do not care. Offered £50 off the £90 bed making fee, when they've left my 82 year old Mother with a bed in pieces!!!! We are not local to help.
