Quality furniture, excellent customer service in store and friendly, professional and efficient delivery - would give 6 stars if I could.
I have worked with this store and I love their designs and the quality is impeccable.
I came into the store today to pick up a coffee table. The man who sold me the table came back with the box (27.2kg, 1280x650x390) on a trolley, had me sign their paperwork, made sure I knew where the lift was, and asked me to return the trolley. There were 2 of them in the store with one serving another customer. I was expecting an offer to help me get the unit in the car, which would have taken 5 minutes of his time. Absolutely worst customer service experience, everyone was looking away from us and not willing to help or even ask “hey how are you would you like some help” just ignored us and sat down in their seats. Walked out straight away.
Staff are very rude and inconsiderate of potential customers. I highly advise you avoid purchasing ANY products from here
