Extremely satisfying shopping experience! The furniture is of excellent quality and the design is classic and timeless. The sales staff were warm and attentive, offering many professional suggestions. I can already imagine my new bedroom and will definitely recommend it to my friends!
I love the quality and the classic style of the dinning furniture. My biggest thank you throughout the process is to the store manager, Eileen. We were almost overwhelmed by the choices, and she patiently gave us a lot of professional advice based on our needs and apartment layout. She was truly thoughtful. I'm really looking forward to my ideal dining table and chair.
Although I am generally satisfied with the products quality from this establishment, my experience with Patrick has put a terrible taste in my mouth, resulting in a 1 star. That's one way to lose a repeat customer. Be aggressive and have a major attitude change once the sale has been made. Unprofessional and distasteful.
