What a terrible business with terrible products and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in this country. This business should be ashamed of its behaviour. The staff especially Gary from the Auburn store is extremely rude, the two Asian women from the auburn stores and and castle hills stores are the most pushy, rude and egotistical representatives I have ever come across. Sleazy business tactics from the sales representatives here. Bought and paid for a table here. We then went to Castle Hill Home Co to do further furniture shopping and came across their branch there. We saw that the same table was being priced lower in Castle Hill so we called and asked if they could price match it for us as it had been only about an hour since we made the purchase. They said they’ll take care of that for us and later called us back saying they could give us a refund… if we could purchase it from the Castle ... read more
