Ya there is no way you have anything other than a 1 star review overall. Lol I highly recommend never coming to this store especially for a uhaul. I should have known better when the customer in front of me was being charged for random things and the things that he did want boxes, a TV cover, he'd covers ect but unfortunately we went ahead and proceeded with the rental as we needed a truck asap.
