One of the most frustrating experiences with any merchant I have had. We ordered a bench in July, 2024 and was promised delivery by the end of the month. When we didn't hear from them by the beginning of August we called and were told that they forgot to place the order. We were told it would 4-6 weeks for delivery. By mid-October we called again and were assured it would be another few weeks. Fast forward to February, 2025 and we still have no bench. I am so disgusted with this store. I paid $849 for a custom desk and they put cheaper wood on my desk. It took eight month to get this first desk. They promised to rebuild the desk. It was delivered another eight months, the same desk but the cheaper wood was painted black. They promised again to fix the desk. So it has been over two years, because the owner tells me it takes a long time to build a custom desk. I get that. But no response in two years? I call and call. I visit. NOTHING!! In late January 2014, we ordered 2 pieces of furniture from them that were to be built by an Ohio maker. We were told 3-4 months. It is now late July 2024 and they can’t tell us anything. We call them weekly and they promise to call back the next day and never do. What a joke. Do not buy anything from them.
