The amount of money the seniors are charged is ridiculous! The restaurants serve Low quality food that taste terrible, sometimes it takes forever to be served. Some apartments are infested with mice! There was an elevator that was down for almost a year!! Then taken out of service again only to install a new floor. The doors in the common areas need weather stripping and door sweeps. Management/ maintenance is laxed. The Management really needs to do better!
Great move for me. Will not become a problem for my family. Enjoying new friends and social activities. Very helpful and friendly staff with 24/7 security.

SOUTH WAYSIDE LOCATION IN HOUSTON I wish I could leave 0 stars. They mistreat people in the worst ways nobody speaks when you walk In. it stinks like dirty mop making you sick to your stomach upon entry! These people have no sympathy for their patients. The ADON is very rude. I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO SEND ANYONE HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM ! They mistreat people in the worst ways nobody speaks when you walk In.
