Closed our accounts but they left one open and never told us. They never sent statements or anything. A couple of months ago I received a statement from Equitable advisors saying we had an account. Asked Troy and he said he knew nothing about it. How can a financial advisor not know where your money is. The paperwork lists both Oak capital Mangement and Equitable advisors and you don't know anything about it.
