I just visited your place and it was a really bad experience. I had an appointment for my kid, and even though I left work early and was tired, I got there on time. When I told your staff about my appointment, they just made fun of me, especially Kandace, who acted like I was lost... I, a man, had a stroller... They left me alone without telling me anything. After I left, your team called me (Kandace), but it felt like a fake attempt to help. Thank you for your great customer service...
