I don’t even know where to start with this review, it’s going to be a long one so buckle in. Everything started great got a tour scheduled interacted with some staff at a local event. Things were looking positive especially with a former coworker saying she like this place. I was looking for placement for a 2 year old and infant. I don’t typically write reviews but felt like this one was needed. I am very disappointed with this daycare. I wrote a positive review back in the spring after weeks of the director begging for reviews. I wrote it to please her but generally did think it was a good and safe place for my children. Both my daughters have been enrolled since may of 2025 and I could not be more happy of the way they both talk about their teachers and how happy they are just to go to school! O2B OTSEGO IS THE BEST SCHOOL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
It’s such a gorgeous, welcoming facility! We love the staff and all the teachers are so friendly, kind, and smiley. Ms. Penny, Ms. Danielle, Ms. Amber, and Ms.Taylor are wonderful, always smiling, and happy to see us! My son LOVES it here! He is in the summer camp program and enjoys it every single day! We’ve had a great experience with this daycare! Miss Taylor is absolutely wonderful. Our child lights up when talking about her. The staff does a great job engaging with the kids and creating a caring, playful, and educational environment. One suggestion would be to have a more direct way to reach someone during the day for quick check-ins or updates. We’d also love to see more of the crafts and activities come home to share what they’re working on, and it would be fun to have more themed days with advance notice so families... read more
