Terrible experience. I had to remove my daughter after multiple serious incidents. The worst: my wife arrived at 6:00 PM (within paid hours) to find our 2-year-old alone, crying, with a male janitor—no teachers present. We were never informed male staff might be in contact with children, which is completely unacceptable, especially for situations like diaper changes. O2B has been a wonderful experience for our family! Mo, the director, makes you feel like instant family. From the beginning, every single staff member has been so warm and welcoming. My top priority in finding a day care was that my kids feels safe and loved. I know without a doubt that the staff at O2B provides that environment and they genuinely love my kids like their own. This school is amazing! The teachers are wonderful and they were so good to my daughter. They all seem to truly care about the children and their well-being. The office staff and extremely helpful and welcoming and made my daughter and I feel right at home.
Ms. Mo seems like a very biased person and that’s the only thing I don’t like about this place. Not friendly with everyone.
