First of all let me say how impressed I am with the staff at O2b kids Avalon! And my grand child LOVES the summer camp The activities are so fun he doesn’t want to leave. Great value!
I am writing to express grave concerns regarding the standard of care my son has received at this facility, particularly following the recent change in his primary teacher. Since this transition, there has been a notable and deeply concerning decline in the level of personal hygiene maintenance provided to him. Most alarmingly, upon his pickup, I discovered he had soiled clothing, clearly indicating he had been left in a diaper containing feces for an unacceptable and extended period. Ms. Sasha and Ms. Marufa are amazing! My son started here in December, and the bond he has built with them truly shows me that he has been in the best hands. He’s learning something new every single day, and they celebrate his growth just as much as I do. They always keep me informed about the new things he’s doing and share in the excitement of every milestone. I’m so grateful for their care, dedication, and the positive environment they create.
My 4-year-old son has been attending this preschool for almost a year, and he really enjoys it! The staff is awesome! We are greeted by name each morning by Ms. Ciara, who is incredibly sweet and welcoming. She even shared her O2B Croc jibbitz with my son, which meant the world to him.
