During the short time we were at O2B, we had a wonderful experience. The school is lovely, and the staff are great! Mrs. Giselle was a kind and amazing teacher, patient, caring, and clearly passionate about her work. Lauren and Syeda were also easy to communicate with, very cooperative, and supportive throughout our time there. We’re so grateful for the time our child spent at O2B.

My son has been attending O2B kids for almost a year now and he’s thrived so quickly. He started in the 2 year old class with Miss Christie and he learned so much with her. She helped him transition to daycare and helped me as well. I’ll never forget how she comforted me on my son’s first day. That day wasn’t easy for both my son and I. I am writing to express grave concerns regarding the standard of care my son has received at this facility, particularly following the recent change in his primary teacher. Since this transition, there has been a notable and deeply concerning decline in the level of personal hygiene maintenance provided to him. Most alarmingly, upon his pickup, I discovered he had soiled clothing, clearly indicating he had been left in a diaper containing feces for an unacceptable and extended period. Ms. Sasha and Ms. Marufa are amazing! My son started here in December, and the bond he has built with them truly shows me that he has been in the best hands. He’s learning something new every single day, and they celebrate his growth just as much as I do. They always keep me informed about the new things he’s doing and share in the excitement of every milestone. I’m so grateful for their care, dedication, and the positive environment they create.
