I am frustrated by the negligence, lack of empathy, and profiling at this facility. The director has zero compassion for my family and the entire staff communication is nonexistent. Without my consent or proper notification, they put my 2-year-old son under a secret evaluation for his play style. Could not be happier with this O2B kids location. We waited for it to open and it was well worth the wait. Seeing my son at previous daycare (that was also lovely and had been going to for years) cry every drop off to now RUNNING to Ms. Stacy every morning is incredible. Everyone is so kind, and welcoming. 100% recommend!

Since this preschool opened, my kid has had nonstop issues, and it’s only gotten worse this has actually been happening since the Altamonte location, and it has only escalated. After being moved into a new class Junior A the same kid causes chaos daily, hitting teachers, biting teachers and kids, screaming, chasing teachers and kids, and hurting others for no reason, yet somehow my kid is the one constantly getting questionable incident reports and meetings. Enrolling our baby to O2B kids Apopka was one of the best decisions we've made. The entire staff has been outstanding but most of all his teachers, Miss Wanda, Tiffany, Willeanis, Ty, Monica and Eliza. He has learned so much in such little time. We are truly appreciative of all their work!
