Horrible customer service. Literally they give you a packet of information and expect to read the fine print to then turn around and not give you the services you paid for. The Enjoyed Telling My daughter she didnt make it to the field trip because were were 6 MINUTES LATE!, and the bus was still waiting outside. Kids waiting in line inside. ZERO excuses! We are so thankful for everyone at O2B Kids for the love, care, and support they have shown our son, Azai. He is in Sophomore B, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely terrible customer service. No updates on photos. Picked up a neighbors friend and she gave me so much attitude because i gave as lightly off last name when my name is in the system.
I just enrolled my child for the Summer Camp (Altamonte Springs location) and I had an AMAZING meeting with Tara. The entire faculty and staff (including Michelle) were kind, attentive and positive. I look forward bringing my child here for the Summer Camp and I know he’ll have a GREAT Summer. PS : If you’re looking for a Summer Camp for your child(ren) ; look no further. Did I also mention there is a $0.00 Summer Camp Registration Fee? I highly recommend your child(ren) attending O2B!
When our grandchildren were enrolled in 2023 the atmosphere was amazing, they had great teachers, a good ratio of kids and students, but in the last year it has taken a downward turn. There appear to be frequent staffing issues, incident reports are not written, the kids are coming home filthy- they used to use aprons for arts and crafts but evidently they don’t anymore.
