I’ve been coming here since I was 14 I am now 28 almost 29… I don’t think there’s a place in the county that I would give more respect or love to than here. It is actually a sanctuary and I cannot resist buying everything I see when I come in here… It is all good and it’s good all the time.
The yoga at O2 checks every box for me: it’s an incredible, full-body workout that has increased my strength, flexibility, and balance tenfold (I practice ~2x/wk); it is a totally nonjudgmental, noncompetitive space such that I felt comfortable beginning my practice here a few years ago…I received the best instruction and could fall over in the corner without fanfare or embarrassment; my practice is more established now but I am still significantly challenged at every class; and finally, the beautiful space, twisting, breath... read more
