Rohan sorted out a mortgage for me last year, but I started the process of thinking about this and first talking to him probably four years ago. At my request, after feeling I wasn't quite ready after all when I first reached out, he checked in with me from time to time until the point that I was ready to take the next steps, and saw me through the entire process.
