Samson and his team were excellent to work with and made filing our taxes really easy. They were kind and thorough, and it felt like a much more personalized experience vs going to a place like H&R Block. We will definitely be returning next year!
Reached out to O2 and Co to amend a previous tax return and after two weeks of having to hound them for updates they say that there's no issue with the return even after I told them the exact issue was. When I have to call to get an update and the Representative says "Oh I meant to call you back", you know the customer service needs an improvement.

Samson was a HUGE help in assisting with both my business and personal tax return. Even though I was only filing my taxes he assist with organizing my intuit and quick books. Very intelligent and professional service. I'm definitely letting him file all my taxes moving forward.
