We had to last minute arrange wheelchair accessibility for a James Marriott concert, and the staff there were incredible. I had quick replies to my emails from a lovely and understanding member of staff called Florence, they upgraded our standard tickets for accessibility tickets and were very attentive to my sister and I from the start. Good place to see a band drinks very expensive
Great venue, brilliant access provision. Staff welcoming and super helpful (bar people, security people and everyone). Superb communication beforehand and always about the accessible seating we had booked. Particular thanks to Oliver and Florence In this regard It's a well organised yet relaxed place, with plenty of space and different areas: stage, bar seating, 'lounge' and enough toilets. Took our family to see James Marriott last night. It was the first time we've been to this venue and we needed to arrange carers passes and discuss access arrangements as our children all have additional needs. From my first email to arrange this, to arriving and collecting the carers tickets and being welcomed in last night, everything was brilliant.
