Always loved going to O-Studio! The reception team is always friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. Ella, T, Kirsty and Sam in particular were so lovely. Always chatty, smiley, and made you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walked in. I’ve absolutely loved the Yoga and Pilates classes here! They’ve been amazing. Update December 2025: this location is closing as they are opening a new venue on Cashel Street in February 2026. Since my original review I became a member, attending yoga 3 times per week and regular saunas and floats. I've only been once so far, but my experience in the sauna and ice bath room was very, very nice. Great staff. Sauna and bath were spotless, I did notice that some of the floor areas were, well, not dirty, just worn and stained from use.
