I’m gearing up for an emergency TV show episode and this place was recommended after I ripped my drysuit yesterday. Wow! The response of the guy who answered the phone (12:18pm PCT 3/20/23) was so depressing and negative. Everything’s was like pulling teeth and he came off like I was inconveniencing him by even calling. Horrible service. I’m literally gonna wear your suit for millions of people to see and it never even began to register with this guy. I buy at least two suits a year for the work I do. You need two of these suits because you will always be working on keeping one of them almost semi dry at any given time. They leak like crazy after a couple of weeks so buy plenty of Aquaseal as you definitely need a lot of it. Don't worry about the warranty it's only as good as the suit. Hey OSS if you are listening try better adhesive for the zippers and don't crowd the protector flap so close to the zipper.
