This is the worst experience I have received from an attorney in my life. This individual enbodies every negative stereotype there is about lawyers. The craziest part about real estate lawyers is the work is basically paperwork and contracts. Do you know how bad you have to be at that job to rub someone the wrong way? I am under the impression that I would have been better off asking Chat GPT to give legal advice. It's would have been a lot cheaper. He missed the 1st court date.
