Peter Berk was a great lawyer to work with for our home purchase. He really went above and beyond. He helped us combine deeds with a parking spot, when the loan officer suggested we couldn't do that. He also found numerous errors from the seller's attorney's closing documents that he had fixed, which saved us money.
