Simply a great smooth and professional experience, the team is amazing at O'Connor Law Group! After the dealer kept my car they ghosted me and the rental place! (It was a nightmare!). OLG was great! The staff and the attorneys. We were kept informed and updated during the litigation process. Our questions were answered within 24 to 36 hours, and sometimes, within minutes of us sending an email. We highly recommend OLG if you find yourself needing a "lemon-law" attorney.
I had a great experience working with the OLG team. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. There were a lot of things I was unsure about regarding CA Lemon Law but they were patient in explaining the process. I didn't have to do much, provided them everything I had and they took it and helped me win my case before my trial date. I'm happy with the results. Even the manager at the dealership said she'll save their contact for her personal reference because they were so great at what they do!

David and team did a great job with our case. The manufacturer was not cooperative in the beginning and slow to follow through, but his team stayed on them.
