Made an appointment for a week out to check a error message on a truck under warranty. When arrived was told that it would be 3-5 days before they can even look at it. This all after I had to go into the service center to make the appointment because no one answers the phone or returns calls. I have purchased several vehicles from OC Welch Ford over the years. Needless to say, this will be my last.
Was visiting in the area and had a warranty issue and tried getting in to the service dept, was told they were 2-3 weeks behind. Not a good thing to be informed when the check engine light comes on.
Had a recall on my bronco sport. O.C.Welch service tech came to my workplace and fixed what needed to be done. Easy and Ray and Cameron could not have been easier to work with. Thank you!!!!
