I had an extremely positive experience with the service department at OC Welch Ford. Chris and Judith were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle was taken care of, and he worked hard to help me utilize my warranties. Dropped vehicle off on Monday for transmission issues, open recalls, and to have the 60k mile service performed… picked vehicle up on Thursday once all work was allegedly completed. Couple of pages stating all work was completed… as far as I can tell, transmission issues were rectified & oil was changed. It also stated all filters were checked and were good… 100% false. We brought my vehicle in for service. It's a 2016 Ford Flex with over 180,000 miles on it. When the "tech" did the inspection, he pencil whipped the inspection sheet. There's no way he didn't find anything wrong with my vehicle. All four of my tires were measured at 8/32" and my brake pads were ALL 6mm? I know there's going go be some things it needs and I expected it given the mileage but it's a down right insult to tell me it's "All good".
