Terrible customer service, policy over people, no employees with good sense; problems here that I've never had with other banks or any other business. Far better service at Wells Fargo in Centralia! Update: Obee's problematic policies have nothing to do with safety and the poor customer service was unrelated to weather or safety. Other banks deliver excellent customer service in all weather and while maintaining a high standard of security.
