The fact that they've locked me out of my acct over the wknd (twice) because I bought a pizza on a Wednesday instead of a Friday. It was considered unusual activity. And again, today, like in the past, the bank suddenly doesn't recognize ANY of my credentials so I'm once again blocked from my own damn acct over the wknd (OBCU does not talk to their customers on wknds). Such customer nonservice is ridiculous. All of these instances have occurred over the last year... what an unreliable joke
