The G7 sensors are useless and fail at least 75% of the time. I keep having to fill in tech support forms, or speak to the Dexcom people where English is NOT their first language, so we spend a LOT of time with me saying, politely, "I beg your pardon?" and "What did you say?" Somebody needs to pay attention = these Dexcom sensors need to be made somewhere else !!!!!!!!!!! A reputable manufacturer, please. I have called AMSL tech support on 28th September to seek support with mulfunctining sensor Dexcome G7. The consultant told on the phone that I should never pair my son's new sensor in the Dexcome app but only in the pump directly. He repeated multiple times that I pair new sensor only with one device and not both (pump and Dexcome app). I did follow the instructions today when I swapped my son's sensor to new one. I entered sensor number only in the pump and not in the Dexcome app. This has resulted in my son spending the w... read more

Excellent help given to fix problem with sensor.
I've requested a quote 3 times in last 7 days They requested info so I emailed back with that info. But nothing since I'm thinking it's a scam I'll stick with Libre regardless
