Had an issue with 2 failures of Dexcom One+ CGM. The call Centre person was good, but I was surprised that for an online system that Dexcom is, that I needed to read out all the serial number and start stop times for the devices. Why don't the call Centre staff have that access. They could ask for authority if there are privacy concerns
The G7 sensors are useless and fail at least 75% of the time. I keep having to fill in tech support forms, or speak to the Dexcom people where English is NOT their first language, so we spend a LOT of time with me saying, politely, "I beg your pardon?" and "What did you say?" Somebody needs to pay attention = these Dexcom sensors need to be made somewhere else !!!!!!!!!!! A reputable manufacturer, please. I have called AMSL tech support on 28th September to seek support with mulfunctining sensor Dexcome G7. The consultant told on the phone that I should never pair my son's new sensor in the Dexcome app but only in the pump directly. He repeated multiple times that I pair new sensor only with one device and not both (pump and Dexcome app). I did follow the instructions today when I swapped my son's sensor to new one. Great experience. Fill in the form, submit it and I have a replacement within 2 or 3 days. Amazing.
