My partner and I were with NZLH Rotorua for 2 years (he had an extra 2 years before I brought into the property). I wouldn't recommend going with NZHL to anyone. Besides Sally and Robin who were helpful, patient and considerate - the other staff we had dealings with her horrendous, rude and completely unhelpful. The attitude we consistently received from the staff was enough to make us change to Westpac. The team are professional and take the time and care to ensure we leave there understanding what is happening and the whole process. We definitely felt comfortable asking any and all questions without feeling like we're dumb. We have a 6 month then yearly catch ups to go over our plan and make sure it's still working for us or make any adjustments needed to make our money work for us and our mortgage.
