The whole team at Rotorua are amazing, receptionist was always so welcoming. Appointments were always on time and Binni was so accommodating and flexible which allowed us a smooth transition to moving our mortgage over. I appreciate the support and flexibility whilst working full time. Loved the financial education and wrap around support with insurance. Highly recommend to check out what support can be offered, Im excited to start our new journey to financial freedom.
The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The new building wasn't so pleasant as the road noise was difficult to contend with during our meeting. Asena did an amazing job though.
