The Patient office deserves negative 5 rating if it existed. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 12:30 appointment today to learn that medical staff takes a break between 12:30-1:30pm. Booking patients while medics are on break is very disrespectful of patients’ time. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional! had an extremely negative experience because of Dr. Fleischer in urgent care. she is the head dictir there and was rude and unhelpful. you should not be seen in urgent care because of the way she treats patients.
