I have been going to this place for few years for every image. Great staff at the reception, quick and nice, I never had to wait more than 10/15 minutes for the actual image. Very recommended
Just got my mammogram done today, and it’s very good experience to compare other place! Just one front desk lady, but she got all patients by time. Galya, lady who’s is doing mammogram was very nice and gentle. Adrina sonogram technician was very professional too. Thank you ladies!
Posting this review on behalf of my friend who recently had to get the MRI done. Great experience. Professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean environment and lockers. Also last but not least…. test results were available within few hours on MyChart app that’s provided by NYU Langone.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by this office. My 80-year-old father had a referral sent from his primary care physician two days prior to the appointment, and upon arrival at the office, the front desk staff noticed an error on the referral. However, they failed to contact my father to inform him of the issue, resulting in an unnecessary visit where he was turned away.
