I called to make an appointment for my husband with Patricia - the Manager and a week later she calls me to cancel. I asked her why she is cancelling and she said "because it is better for her office." I asked what do you mean, Patricia said, "I gave your appointment to another patient because he was a paying client," and my husband's appointment was a free consultation so she preferred the paying client and said I had to reschedule for the following week.
