The lady's here are always helpful.They may be straightforward and give it to you without sugar coating but that's what you need in the equine world to succeed. i enjoy talking with the girls and they've always been really understanding about equipment that doesn't fit or needs exchanged.And if you don't even know the name of the item and you explain it, because you're new at horse stuff, they usually know what you're talking about.
