Nymeo is my bank never had a problem with them fast service I'll be seeing them on 2/28
I have a mortgage with this Credit Union. Since becoming a customer in 2019, they have failed to pay home insurance through my escrow account to three insurance companies. All insurance companies provided evidence that they have contacted Credit Union multiple times and could not receive a payment. It resulted in canceling my home insurance policy and me not being insured for over a year. I have never seen a financial institution fail to pay the insurance from the escrow account. I have been a member of Nymeo (and formerly COMSTAR), at the Army Research Laboratory)since 1976. Even though that branch closed and now use the Buckeystown branch, there has been no change in personal service. Their service has always been exceptional. The staff has always provided excellent customer support for whatever my needs have been. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still receive great service and don’t think I will ever take my business anywhere else. Lori B.
The staff is very friendly, one of the best! But the way this bank works is horrible. If you deposit a check it takes from 2 to 9 business days for it to be available. It’s the second time I deposit a check and after 5 days it still it’s not available!! How can you open an account and can not use your money when you want??? IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE! Now I need to wait for it to available in order to close my account.
