Can't express how much I m frustrated due to Nykaa
Pathetic app and pathetic services.no cancellation options . Delivery delayed by nykaa now you are not cancelling the same.
Order of Rupees 2000+ in Feb 2026 , received it with a kajal pencil missing, connected with chat window immediately and spoke to 2 people who raised a ticket and said we will get back to you. Pictures+ details of all items were sent to CHAT Team. No one got back in 3 days so called them only to find out the status of the ticket, spoke to a live customer support guy and he immediately sent me a replacement request for the missing kajal. 3 days done and still nothing, the NYKAA App showed pending approval, called support again... read more
