I order my some things from nykaa on 26 july delivery date is 1 aug . I didn't receive my order that . I call customer care mrs chandini she told I will solve what problem happened in u r order . Then again I call in 6 aug customer care mr karthik he is telling that u r is automatically cancel because of some coryer issue . Then he told we will refund u r money with in 5 days . Bad experience
Let me make one thing clear. This is no longer about the refund. It’s about reliability, responsibility, and the complete disregard for a customer’s time and trust. I placed my first prepaid order on 12th July, with delivery promised by 17th. After days of delay and no updates, it was finally shipped on 22nd July. My order is to be returned and it’s just not getting picked . Everyday some new information keeps coming out Saying it’s ready for pick up and then immediately it says it’s unsuccessful
