I had requested for exchange of product but the order is not being picked up since one week nor any replacement done even after repeated emails and complaints through customer care nos this is going on since one week they are not bothered.
Costomer care is not responding as well .. return process is complicated.. that nyka not accept photo of product without pic upload return will not proceed...
