Pathetic customer service, they have not been able to locate my product for over 3weeks now and refuse to process my refund. So much for the Pink Sale they invested so much to advertise and get a brand ambassador like Deepika. If only they spent some of it on technology and hiring decent customer service staff. Truly disappointed!

received my parcel incorrectly, I inquired about it a lot, called the customer service, but I still haven't received my payment, don't order from anyone else, I was scammed, I won't be with you, bad experience, Naykaa😏 The worst experience ever I raised a return but it's more than 10 days my product is not being picked up and the customer service just has no solutions to it ...they have stereotype ans everyday. I ordered a hair conditioner which I returned after doing a patch test. I have been communicating with them since Monday about the same! My order contained two products from which I only need to return one, however their sms about the pick-up mentioned I asked to return both products, despite my email clearly stating otherwise.
