This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I purchased a couch on March 6th with a guaranteed delivery of no later than May 22 due to the couch being on "backorder". I was told while in the showroom that May 22 was not likely the date because that was an automated date that their site put up as soon as the couch sold out but did not reflect the multiple shipments he "knew" were arriving in the coming weeks at the warehouse.
