I had to make two trips. I unfortunately forgot about the "only open Monday to Thursday " schedule. So going on Fridays is a bad idea. But once I arrived on Monday, they were pleasant and took my payment right away. I was informed they do, in fact, have a drop box for those who still pay by check. I'm not exactly sure why we pay personal property taxes to the assessor and not the treasurer, but that is not my decision. I still like that we have an office here in Pahrump.
