Do not order online from NYDJ. They were bought out by Joie and offer no customer service. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. If you have a problem you will get frustrated with no customer support.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Trying to return something and cannot reach anyone. Called, wrote emails and wrote on facebook. Worst thing ever because no one contacts me. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. All I wanted was answers to a product question and I couldn’t get a human or an effective bot. I gave up and ordered elsewhere even though I wanted these. Call, email, and text ineffective your UI is the worst ever.

The old adage of fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me - applied fully to NYDJ. I ordered a new pair recently fully expecting them to get the size/length correct. So I blindly unpacked them and washed them so I could WEAR them after they arrived. HOWEVER, they are almost SIX INCHES too long. I contacted NYDJ and was told no returns OR exchanges because I had washed them.
