After a terrible first day with NYC Yellow Taxis—where a handicap-accessible cab actually refused to take us when they saw my wife in a wheelchair—and a disappointing experience with ADA (they didn’t even secure her properly, forcing her to hold on in the back), we were worried about the rest of our stay. Fabulous service.
Hin- und Rückflug am Newark Airport war der schlimmste Service, von allen Airports. Auf dem Rückflug musste ich 45 Minuten auf den Rollstuhl warten. Ein Wunder, dass ich den Anschlussflug erreicht habe.
