All I have to say is this company is absolutely horrible. I first texted this guy Sammy who supposedly owns the company about 20 times and of course I have the text messages proof. He kept telling me the notary was coming at 5:00pm and I sat by the door for an hour and fifteen minutes but no notary showed up and Sammy never had the decency to call me or text me that no notary was coming that day. Charles helped me get an apostille and notary within hours! I called him in the morning, and by the end of the day I had the documents that I needed. The service that he provides is worth every penny. He is professional and responsive. This process would have been almost impossible at the Consulate where I was trying to get an appointment.
