I don't know how cms gave this place 5 star reviews when this place deserves 0. My friend is currently in here for short term rehab. He sent me photos of the food they be giving their patients. The doctors took him off his pain medication for his spasm's and he had to explain to her why he needs it and it's in his doctors notes from his transfer to the hospital. She put him back on it and one of the nurses is giving him problems when it comes to medication She has a nasty attitude because he asked her for her pain medication... read more

My friend was admitted there for 6 month which she had a massive stroke that almost took her life and on July 3 2026 she was discharged and walked out in good spirits. The 4th floor staff was so welcoming and always pleasant. The facility always clean and smelled good as you enter the floor all the way upstairs. Sabrina Herd left there crying because of all the love and care she had gotten. Thank you so much from Pastor DEE Sabrina's friend 🧡

At first I gave this place a 4 because there is always room for improvement. But I am changing my review to 5 stars because they really deserve it. Thank you for everything McKinney ❤️

zero stars. My father wasn't given haircut/shave for 4 weeks even though we requested it numerous times. Too many excuses were given for the delay including, "your dad isn't on the list". I had extreme difficulty reaching the social worker (early 2025) to discuss my father's discharge plan. I requested a particular Home Health company. I was told that one (not of my choosing) was already assigned, and that choosing a different company would delay the discharge. Awful communication/collaboration.
