Nadia was absolutely incredible! She helped both my mom and me find the most perfect dresses, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was so kind, patient, and really cared about every detail to make sure everything was just right. The rest of the staff was just as amazing—everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and professional. The customer service here is truly unmatched! We left feeling so happy and grateful. Highly recommend NYC Glamour Couture!
No need to go elsewhere. Multiple styles and variety to choose from. If you love online gowns/dresses but never find them in person… this is the boutique for you. I’ve ordered both custom and off the rack dresses from here…they were stunning. Matilda and her staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure you look and feel beautiful! Nadia helped me find the perfect dress. She was so kind and warm throughout the whole process. She did everything you would expect and more for good customer service. She even videoed me in the dresses I was choosing between to help make my decision. She also connected me with their seamstress upstairs who is also lovely, and definitely seems very knowledgeable. I went to NYC Glamour Couture with my mom to find her a dress for my wedding and had no idea they also did bridal gowns and custom ones too! And that’s exactly what I was looking for. I booked an appointment for the following week, and Nadia helped me find my dream dress. She was so sweet and patient, and I actually ended up saying yes that day! I love that I got to customize every detail, and I’m so excited to see the final result!
